Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious enough for two friends to share comfortably, and the leather sofa and armchair added a touch of luxury. The efficient air conditioning was a lifesaver on the hottest day of the year. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient for exploring the city center and cultural attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing during my stay. Overall, a great value for money!
The hotel rooms are beautiful and generously sized, especially the bathroom with great city views; however, they needed better detailing in cleaning, lacked stationary, and didn't have a mini-bar/fridge. Despite the room being too hot, the overall presentation was neat, beautiful, and luxurious, offering every convenience to ensure a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated just out of the city centre, near good cocktail bars, and close to the theatre and Liverpool Philharmonic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a lovely shower experience, overlooking the Philharmonic Hall and a pub where people were getting ready for a wedding, adding a lively vibe without causing any disturbance.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a fantastic view but were a bit disappointing due to some noise from the boiler. The bedlinen was wonderful, and the bed itself was very comfy. However, the service fell short with poor quality food served at a high price. The location, on the other hand, was fabulous, right in the heart of the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool, offering plenty of attractions nearby.
The hotel was excellent with warm and quiet rooms, and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff was helpful. The lounge area and balcony added a nice touch to the room. At full price, it's a good choice if you appreciate comfort alongside great service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view over the city with a very comfortable bed, but the hot water wasn't hot enough for a good soak. The late room availability was a surprise, as I wasn't informed that check-in wasn't until 3 pm.
The hotel has lovely and unique rooms with great views, offering usual amenities like bottled water and fluffy towels. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, going the extra mile to assist guests. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the city center with plenty to see and do around. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some issues but good overall value. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
